We collect only the essential academic and transactional data needed to provide premium online exam preparation, courses, revision programmes, and secure student wallet transactions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers.

01. Who We Are & Scope of Policy

Amar Pora (amarpora.com) is an educational technology and learning management platform designed for Bangladeshi students preparing for board exams, university admissions, and professional competitive tests.

This Privacy Policy explains how Amar Pora ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you create a student account, purchase course enrollments, participate in revision programmes, top up or spend from your platform wallet, or interact with our learning applications.

02. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your active usage of the platform:

Personal & Academic Profile

Full name, email address, mobile phone number, academic institution, target examination level (e.g. HSC, SSC, University Admission), and optional profile avatar.

Wallet & Financial Logs

Transaction reference numbers (TrxID), payment gateway timestamps, top-up amounts, invoice IDs, and current balance. We never store credit card numbers, ATM PINs, or MFS wallet secret passwords.

Learning Progress & Analytics

Enrolled course IDs, completed video lessons, revision question attempts, MCQ score cards, submitted assignments, and study schedule bookmarks.

Device & Security Telemetry

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session timestamps, and device limit counters to prevent unauthorized simultaneous logins and account sharing.

03. Anti-Fraud, Anti-Spam & Wallet Safeguards

Strict Policy Against Fraudulent & Malicious Activity

Amar Pora has built-in automated fraud detection algorithms and human audits to protect students and platform integrity:

  • Fake Payment Slips & TrxIDs: Submitting non-existent, duplicate, or manipulated transaction IDs for wallet top-ups triggers instant automated flags and account review.
  • Spam & Automated Bots: Rate limiting and bot mitigation tools prevent automated scraping of question banks, spamming in discussion comments, and fake account generation.
  • Account Sharing & Reselling: Logins are monitored against device limits. Accounts detected circulating across multiple remote devices will be restricted.

Data recorded during suspected fraud attempts (including IP addresses, payment timestamps, and device fingerprints) may be preserved as evidence and, if necessary, reported to relevant cyber law enforcement authorities.

Invoice Records Download and inspect every wallet transaction, invoice, and course purchase history anytime.
Account Deletion Request permanent deletion of your account and personal records by contacting support.
