Crucial Notice: Anti-Fraud & Account Integrity

Amar Pora enforces strict security checks. Submitting fake transaction IDs for wallet top-ups, sharing account credentials, pirating course videos, or attempting fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all platform funds without right of refund.

01. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, browsing amarpora.com, accessing courses or revision programmes, topping up your user wallet, or utilizing any of our educational tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or register on the Amar Pora platform.

02. Student Account & Authorized Devices

  • 1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when registering, including a valid email address and mobile phone number.
  • 2 One Person, One Account: Each student account is personal and non-transferable. Group sharing, account renting, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
  • 3 Device Limit Enforcement: To protect student accounts and intellectual property, the platform enforces device limits. Concurrent logins from multiple unauthorized devices will trigger automatic session termination or account lockdown.

03. Courses, Revision Programmes & IP Protection

Amar Pora produces and publishes proprietary educational content, including video lectures, revision modules, curated question banks, MCQ assessments, solution PDFs, and study guides.

Strict Intellectual Property Restrictions:

  • You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal educational study only.
  • Screen recording, ripping, extracting, or re-uploading lectures to social media, YouTube, Telegram, or drive links is a criminal infringement under the Copyright Act of Bangladesh.
  • Any student discovered distributing proprietary content will face instant permanent platform expulsion, total forfeiture of wallet balances, and statutory legal proceedings.

04. Platform Wallet & Financial Terms

Each registered user has an integrated digital wallet on Amar Pora to facilitate friction-free course enrollments and revision programme subscriptions:

Top-Ups & Verification

Top-ups are completed via verified mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or authorized bank transfers. Users must submit genuine transaction identifiers (TrxID).

Course & Revision Purchases

When purchasing a course or revision pack, the enrollment fee is deducted from the wallet balance, and a digital tax-compliant invoice is immediately recorded on your profile.

05. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud & Anti-Spam Policy

To maintain a fair, safe, and academically honest environment, Amar Pora operates under strict anti-abuse rules:

1. Falsified Payments & Transaction Fraud Submitting fake TrxIDs, recycled transaction slips, or photoshop-altered payment receipts will trigger immediate automated blacklisting. All pending and past top-ups will be voided.
2. Spamming, Bots & Automated Exploits Using automated web scrapers, bots, automated form submitters, or spamming discussion and notice boards with unsolicited advertisements or phishing links is strictly prohibited.
3. Academic Cheating & Answer Trading Circulating live examination question sheets, unauthorized answer keys, or orchestrating coordinated cheating during competitive model tests is grounds for immediate leaderboard expulsion and course deregistration.

06. Account Suspension & Balance Forfeiture

Amar Pora reserves the sole right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate any student or user account found in violation of these Terms of Service.

Forfeiture Clause: If an account is suspended or banned for fraud, transaction falsification, chargeback abuse, piracy, or malicious cyber activities, any remaining wallet credits or active course subscriptions are forfeited entirely and are non-refundable.

07. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act and the Digital Security Act.
